Till Morstadt (born 1968 in Offenburg) studied Law and Business Economics in Bayreuth, Lausanne, and Münster. He began his professional career at KPMG, advising European clients on legal and commercial matters. His work first took him across Germany and later to Argentina, where he gained practical insights into international business practices and cross-border transactions. These early years shaped his ability to connect European expertise with global business realities. After returning to Germany, he moved into the industrial sector. At Herrenknecht AG, one of the world’s leading machine manufacturers, he spent two years at the company’s head office before relocating to Thailand to take over the commercial management of its local subsidiary. This role deepened his understanding of Southeast Asian markets and the specific challenges faced by international investors.

Since 2004, Till Morstadt has been an equity partner at Lorenz & Partners. In this role, he advises international clients on a wide range of legal and commercial matters, with a strong emphasis on international corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and tax technology, among others. His expertise includes developing tax-efficient structures for cross-border investments and guiding companies in their business activities throughout Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Beyond his advisory work, he contributes regularly to professional publications and shares his knowledge through seminars on investment, tax, and legal developments in the region.
