Naowarat Karst (born 1977) is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Thailand with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. She graduated in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Assumption University of Thailand (ABAC), Bangkok.

She began her career with Deloitte Thailand, where she advanced to Senior Audit Supervisor and developed a strong foundation in auditing and financial reporting. In 2003, she joined the Thai subsidiary of the H.J. Heinz Company as Financial Manager, gaining valuable insight into international corporate operations and financial management.

Since 2004, Mrs. Karst has been with Lorenz & Partners Bangkok, serving as Chief Accountant and Head of the Tax Department. She advises both Thai and international clients on corporate tax matters and provides practical solutions for complex transactions. She is also experienced in tax controversy, representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolution with the tax authorities. Her combination of technical expertise and pragmatic business understanding has made her a trusted advisor to mid-size and major companies.

In 2009, Mrs. Karst became an equity partner of the firm and continues to play a leading role in its tax and accounting practice.
