Athitaya Chanthasirichot

Athitaya Chanthasirichot (born 1981) earned her Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University in 2002, one of Thailand’s most prestigious institutions. That same year she was admitted to the Thai Bar and continued her postgraduate education at Chulalongkorn University. In 2003, she completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law, graduating with the highest cumulative score of her class.

She began her career at an international law firm, where she advised on a broad range of corporate, investment, labour, and real estate matters. In 2005, she joined Lorenz & Partners, where she has since established a long-standing advisory practice for European companies operating in Thailand. Her work frequently involves guiding clients through the complexities of foreign investment and cross-border transactions, with a focus on practical solutions tailored to business needs.

Beyond corporate and investment law, Mrs. Chanthasirichot has built recognised expertise in Customs and Indirect Tax, particularly in connection with BOI (Board of Investment) promotions. She regularly assists businesses in structuring operations to take advantage of BOI incentives while remaining compliant with customs and tax regulations—an area of growing importance for internationally active companies.

Since 2008, she has led the firm’s Corporate Law Department, and one year later became an equity partner. Today, she is regarded as a trusted advisor to mid-size and major companies with regional and global interests.
